Knights and Ladies place filial respect for Church authority at the centre of membership — assisting at Mass, supporting parish councils, and responding to pastoral needs.
Accra West Grand works across deaneries and parishes in the western corridor of the Archdiocese of Accra, united in loyalty to the local Ordinary and the universal Church.
