Muster & Inspection
Standards of drill, dress, records, and discipline
Muster and Inspection visits ensure every commandery maintains KSJI standards in regalia, drill, records, and parish engagement — building excellence across the Grand.
Top-performing commanderies receive Grand recognition at convention and district awards ceremonies. Units requiring support receive guidance and mentorship from district officers to improve standards before the next inspection cycle.
Grand Military leadership coordinates the annual inspection calendar across seven districts and thirty commanderies, reporting findings to the Grand President and Grand Board of Officers.
Inspection is constructive, not punitive. District officers mentor struggling units with practical guidance on drill, records, and regalia — raising the standard of the entire Grand.
Muster reviews also affirm units that excel in parish presence, youth programmes, and welfare — celebrating commanderies that embody the full KSJI mission.
