Ladies 3rd Degree
Leadership and formation in the Auxiliary
The Third Degree prepares sisters for officer responsibilities and degree team service — embodying mature Catholic womanhood within the Ladies Auxiliary.
Third Degree formation covers meeting protocol, welfare administration, and the spiritual tone that auxiliaries bring to parish life.
Many Grand Auxiliary officers and degree team members hold this degree or higher — serving as mentors during exemplifications and district rallies.
